Namaste! My name is Christine. I have been practicing yoga since 2005. I was drawn to Hot Yoga first living in Colorado where it snowed a ton in the winter. Being an avid skier, Hot Yoga offered a balance between the hot and cold (and my joints loved it after a day on the slopes.) I decided to deepen my own practice through becoming a yoga teacher and could not wait to share this practice with others. I received my RYT 200-hour teaching certification in December 2018. I am trained in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin.
Yoga unites the mind, body and breath. It offers so many physical, spiritual, emotional and mental benefits. Practicing with others creates a sense of community, belonging and healing. I am grateful, excited and honored to teach each class and create an experience for students. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!
